The Mission Ahead: A Look Inside MANNA’s 4 Year Plan

Why plan big?

Earlier this year our team gathered around a single question: What is the Lord calling us to pursue most between now and 2030?

From that time of prayer and planning came a 4 Year Strategy to grow deeper, reach further, and lead stronger, with you walking beside us. This is about transformation: a child receiving daily meals, a teenager stepping into a God given calling, and a pastor planting a gospel centered church in a community hungry for hope.

Our vision, heart, and strategy from now to 2030

Together, we have seen children rescued from poverty in more than 41 countries. Because of your faithfulness, meals have been served, churches have taken root, and families have experienced the hope of Jesus.

Now we are inviting you into the next chapter. The 4 Year Plan is bold and focused, created to expand both the physical relief we provide and the spiritual reach of the gospel in places where the need is greatest.

The 3 Pillars of the Plan

1. Improve Quality Across the Board

Equip and develop our team through hands on staff training, investing in leadership, while improving accuracy of our impact reporting.

Strengthen operations through leveraging key team members to ensure every child, church, and partner receives consistent, high level care

2. Double the Number of MANNA Nutrition Centers

Add 115 new nutrition centers around the world by 2030

Every center feeds children, supports a church, and shares Christ

Reach new areas with the greatest need

3. Prepare Chautauqua for the next generation

Raise funds to completely redevelop Camp Chautauqua in Ohio

Expand our capacity to serve more children, churches, and corporate teams

Launch a year round leadership development program for young adults
