General Eligibility
Who can participate on a MANNA trip?
Our trips are open to everyone aged 18 and older. Teens between 14 and 18 can also join if accompanied by a parent or supervising adult with written parental consent.
Destinations & Duration
Where does MANNA travel?
With around 160 projects in over 50 countries, MANNA Worldwide offers trips to various locations. Each year, trips are scheduled to visit as many of these projects as possible, although not all countries are visited annually.
How long are the trips?
Most trips last between 5 to 10 days, depending on the destination and activities planned.
Preparation & Requirements
What type of accommodations will we stay in?
You’ll stay in either a hotel or guest house, chosen to ensure cleanliness, comfort, and safety. MANNA Worldwide has pre-approved establishments we regularly use for our trips.
Do I need a passport?
Yes, a passport is required for all MANNA trips, as they are international. You can find more information on obtaining a passport here.
Will I need immunizations?
Immunizations may be required to safeguard your health while on a MANNA trip. Your trip leader will inform you about any necessary or recommended immunizations in advance. For more details, visit the CDC’s travel immunization page.
Should I purchase travel medical insurance?

What is the cost of the trip?
The trip cost varies depending on the destination and length of stay. Contact us for specific pricing for your chosen trip.
What’s included in the trip cost?
Your trip cost covers airfare, lodging, ground transportation, travel insurance, and most meals.
What’s not included in the trip cost?
Personal spending money, souvenirs, snacks, optional recreational activities, and some meals while traveling are not included in the trip cost. Examples of optional activities include local tours or personal excursions.
Booking & Payment
How do I register?
To secure a spot, prospective participants must complete a “Short Term Mission Application” and pay a non-refundable deposit of $110 at registration.
What is the payment schedule?
$110 non-refundable deposit due at registration.
Further payment details will be arranged by your trip leader.
The total trip cost is due one month before departure.
