How long will it take to get my order? Each item is custom-printed just for you! Please allow 2–5 business days for production. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days within the US. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Why did my items arrive in separate packages? To ensure the highest quality, we work with specialized printing partners for different products. If you ordered a t-shirt and a mug, they may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate boxes.

How do I know what size to order? Because items are made-to-order, we highly recommend checking the Sizing Guide located on each product page before completing your purchase.
Why does my shirt have a slight vinegar smell? This is a common, non-toxic byproduct of the Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing process used to help the ink bond to the fabric. It will disappear completely after the first wash!

What if my item is damaged or there is a printing error? If you receive a damaged/defective item or a manufacturing error, you can request a free resend or refund within 30 days of delivery. What if I changed my mind or ordered the wrong size/color? We want you to be happy with your gear! If you would like to return an item due to a change of heart or sizing issue, please email store@mannaworldwide.com for return instructions. Please note: In these instances, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
