Suva Nutrition Center

10+ Years of Showing Up

Some ministries burn bright for a season. Others show up, week after week, year after year, and quietly become part of the fabric of a community. The Suva Nutrition Center is the second kind. For more than a decade, a local church in Suva has been feeding, teaching, and pouring into around 30 kids from the surrounding Hindu community.

This program is led by Pastor Ru, a missionary pastor who left South Korea because he felt called to reach the people of Fiji. For 10+ years, he's been building trust in a community that is largely Hindu and largely impoverished, not just handing out meals, but building relationships, one family at a time, in a place that could easily be overlooked.

Alongside their meals, the kids at this center are learning Bible stories, doing crafts, and getting extra help with their education. It's a full picture of care: bodies fed, minds engaged, and hearts introduced to a God who sees them.

Why Your Partnership Matters

For families who are stretched thin, knowing their kids will eat a good meal and be cared for that day is a weight lifted. And for kids growing up in a Hindu community, hearing they're loved by a God who knows their name for the very first time can be a moment that changes a life's trajectory.

It takes $500 a month to keep meals coming for these 30 kids. After 10+ years of consistency, this program has earned a track record you can trust, and every dollar you give continues a legacy that's already proven itself. Whether you give once or commit monthly, you're joining Pastor Ru in a work that has already stood the test of time and shows no signs of slowing down.
