Assistant Director 

Locations: Ft. Worth, TX or Denver, CO

The role of an Assistant Director is to support church planting and growth on a specific regional field through the establishment of nutrition centers and orphanages.  The role requires fundraising, leading mission trips and providing financial oversight and operational supervision of those regional projects.  This role is to assist the regional director in project creation and oversight.

·      Must posses a degree or related experience equivalent to a degree.

·      Have excellent interpersonal skills.

·      Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking ability.

·      Have a proven work ethic.

·      Must be a highly motivated self-starter.

·      Must demonstrate both emotional and spiritual maturity with a commitment to living out and communicating his or her

       personal relationship with God.

Director

Locations: Ft. Worth, TX or Denver, CO

The role of a Director is to support church planting and growth in a specific region through the establishment and continued support of nutrition centers and orphanages. The majority of the director’s time is spent identifying ongoing project needs, new project needs, and new donor bases to raise all the required funds for their field of operation. The role requires extensive fundraising, leading mission trips, and providing financial oversight and operational supervision to the projects in his or her field. In order to be successful as a director, it is expected that annual strategic planning, thoughtful goal setting, and intentional staff development will be utilized.

·      Must assist in project creation and oversight.

·      Development and implementation of an annual and three year strategy.

·      Required to maintain relationships with donors through personal meetings, phone calls, emails, thank you cards and project updates.

·      Required to recruit for regional support positions.

·      Will be required to accurately submit all reports and forms pertaining to weekly activity, project funding and trip planning.

·      Develop and maintain relationships with missionary partners on the field by contacting them on an ongoing monthly basis.

·      Collaborate with accounting department to ensure accuracy of checks being distributed to the field, donations are properly

       designated and personal support reporting is correct.

·      Degree preferred or related experience equivalent to a degree.

·      Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships, both internally and externally.

·      Strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking ability.

·      Proven work ethic.

·      Demonstrated problem-solving ability.

·      Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be effective independently.

·      Emotional and spiritual maturity, committed to living out and communicating their personal relationship with God.

International Missionary

MANNA Missionary – In-country position which focuses on church planting, nutrition center and or orphanage development and oversight.  MANNA Missionaries are those individuals who are on staff with MANNA and are sent out directly through our organization to implement and manage MANNA Projects around the world.

·      Must attend language school and become proficient in the language of the region within 12-24 months of arriving on the field.

·      Must host MANNA organized mission trips.

·      Must work in conjunction with the MANNA Regional Director to establish new ministries.

·      Must possess a degree or related experience equivalent to a degree.

·      Have excellent interpersonal skills.

·      Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking ability.

·      Have a proven work ethic.

·      Must be a highly motivated self-starter.

·      Must demonstrate personal financial responsibility.

·      Must demonstrate both emotional and spiritual maturity with a commitment to living out and communicating his or her

       personal relationship with God.
