Finance Director

Location: Denver, CO

Reporting to the President and CEO, the Finance Director will play a critical role in strategic decision making and operations as MANNA continues to enhance its ministry and undergoes rapid growth. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, participatory manager who will have a successful track record in setting priorities; as well as excellent analytic, organization, and communication skills.

Financial Accountant

Location: Denver, CO

The Financial Accountant manages and assists with various aspects of our organization's financial operations. Serving a non-profit organization, the successful candidate will be equally comfortable with traditional GAAP reporting as well as Fund Accounting, cashflow reporting and forecasting, compliance with regulatory, 501 (c) (3) tax standards, and assisting in the company’s financial planning.

 

Assistant Director 

Locations: Ft. Worth, TX, Dayton, OH or Denver, CO

The role of an Assistant Director is to support church planting and growth on a specific regional field through the establishment of nutrition centers and orphanages.  The role requires fundraising, leading mission trips and providing financial oversight and operational supervision of those regional projects.  This role is to assist the regional director in project creation and oversight.

Director

Locations: Ft. Worth, TX, Dayton, OH or Denver, CO

The role of a Director is to support church planting and growth in a specific region through the establishment and continued support of nutrition centers and orphanages. The majority of the director’s time is spent identifying ongoing project needs, new project needs, and new donor bases to raise all the required funds for their field of operation. The role requires extensive fundraising, leading mission trips, and providing financial oversight and operational supervision to the projects in his or her field. In order to be successful as a director, it is expected that annual strategic planning, thoughtful goal setting, and intentional staff development will be utilized.
