God is really blessing the prison ministry that He has given us. This past month, we had 21 more professions of faith. Matthew 25:36 We are about two months away from having a Bible in every woman's hand in the prison. Praise God for this. Also, the prison director said that she will help us start a work in some of the men's prisons. Please pray that the Lord will expand this work and send us more laborers, we are very short handed and need help. Last week after the service, we asked if there was anything that they needed us to bring them. The prison only supplies their meals, if they have soap, shampoo or other personal items, someone else has to bring it to them. When asked what they needed from us, every women there asked for only one thing, a Bible, nothing else. They are hungry for God's Word, Amen!

God is blessing the work in the Gobi in so many ways. As you all know, we have a full time pastor in our village church at all times, having daily Bible lessons with our children and hospital patients. Our small church behind the hospital, is growing in the Gospel. It is more difficult to have meeting in the village due to the local communist government. We receive resistance from them as well as from the Buddhist, they are against anything to do with Christ. So we grow at a slower pace in the Gobi, than we do in the capital city. All we can do is keep preaching the Gospel and let God do the rest. Two weeks ago, as we were outside the village witnessing to the nomads in the country side, we found four more children without parents and are bringing them into our children's home. We must get permission from the village government first though. That will bring the total number children up to nearly 40. We thank the Lord that he has given us this opportunity to teach these children about Jesus Christ and His love. Without your support this would not be possible and these children would never know about our Savior. Please pray for our pastor in the Gobi, he really loves the Lord and has a very difficult job there.

With the weather warming and the ground starting to thaw out, we will be able to start work next month on the new church building in the city. It should be complete in about 2-3 months. We are having a real heat wave. It reached a high of 20F today. All the people that believe in global warming should come to Mongolia in the winter and stay a few months. They would surely change their minds.

To close this note on a personal note. In April, I will be returning to the States for a month and a half to attend my son Clint's wedding. There is so much to do here for the Lord and we need your help to grow and spread the Gospel to the lost and dying people. We would be happy to go and show this work while we are home.
