First, God provided the ret of the funds for purchasing tickets to return to the U.S. for furlough later this summer. Praise the Lord for His provision.

As I mentioned before, three boys, all brothers, were wandering the streets near the church in Prek Pra. They came to us asking for a place to live. We began to look into the situation and found out that indeed, both parents are dead. These brothers are ages 5, 10 and 14. Since our last email update, we have done the paperwork necessary and now the boys are in our MANNA orphanage. What was so sad was, here were three boys walking the muddy streets in the monsoon rains, with nothing more than the clothes they were wearing. If you'd like to help us get them some more clothes, medicine, doctor exams, and other essential needs, just designate an offering to the "THREE ORPHAN BOYS" and we will use that to help meet their initial needs.

We have a good number of new converts now and we'll be baptizing again soon. Praise the Lord for this blessing. Continue to pray for souls to be saved.

Our newest work, Calvary Bible Baptist mission, in Prey Veng, is off to a good start. I spent three days out there earlier this week. WE had Bible studies in the morning and English classes at night. The English classes are a good tool for getting the word out about the church. The government watches us closely sometimes and it's officially forbidden to pass out tracts or do evangelistic visitation. We manage to do it anyway, obeying Christ's command to "be as wise as serpents and harmless as doves." In spite of these restrictions, we had about 40 in Bible study and over 120 in our English classes. I expect that Bible study attendance will grow and grow. Among our students are two university professors who want to learn Bible and English as well as two elementary school teachers and a large number of youth.

Today, July 2nd, was graduation for the Cambodia Baptist Bible College. There were 14 young men and women who finished the three year program. One year certificates were also given to those students who have successfully completed all of the First Year courses. Our church had three to receive that award. We have three others who are midway through their first year courses. Srey Ny, one of our young ladies, was awarded the Outstanding Academic Achievement award for having the highest grade point average in the First Year class. We were truly proud of Srey Ny.

We need more people to help us here in Cambodia. In particular, we could use temporary, short term missionaries who would be part of our team. We need people who can teach Bible and English and work with children and/or youth.
